For those who hired an inspector priror to buying the house. How much did you pay for their services?

So all the major brands really have no difference? I shouldn't seek out a specific brand?

No it's really old. It was there when we moved in 8 years ago. I'm guessing it's 15+ years old.

Our AC unit was there when we moved in 8 years ago and broke last week. It's cooled down so we aren't using the air so I have a little time to do some shopping. I am looking for some suggestions on which brand I should go with it. I believe we have a Lennox right now
