I am in the process of re-piping my house which was plumbed with "BOWPEX" in 2003. I have had numerous pinhole leaks and have decided to just replace it all.
My question: I notice all the leaks are on the cold side and not the hot. A freind had a theory that it is chlorine in the water...
Check the aerator if it has one! I have seen loose aerators/aerators with bad gaskets leak at the top of the aerator, down the INSIDE of faucet body, and out the counter-top cut outs to the cabinet below! I often see this in bathroom faucets.

Yeah, I normally press in the contactor to see if compressor fires up! Either way you will have to call a repairman because most parts are not sold over the counter!
