I live in townhouse (connected to another townhouse) and use bathroom sink only twice a day to wash my face/brush teeth. for last 3 days, sink keeps filling up with water although the faucet is NOT leaking. I empty the sink of water with a large glass but 5-6 hours later, it is full again...
