I believe that the bank would allow us to bring someone in to take a look. They have been nice every time I have talked to them.

It is a foreclosure. The condition to me is reflected in the floor above, there is some cracking in the drywall, and minimal separating where the wall and ceiling connect in places. It is a one story home.
