They swapped one of the motors they had changed earlier but the noise was still there. His next thought was something with the heat exchanger which they will swap out.

Thanks for your reply. Seems like the sound is coming from in the unit and starts getting louder when the flame is on full? I am not an HVAC expert so my descriptions may not be the best. Have someone else coming to look at it today. Will see if they can figure it out.

Question about a very noisy furnace as you can see from the video link. The HVAC repair person said they changed the vent blower and blower motor but the noise is still there after the new equipment. He came back to see what was causing the noise but could not figure it out after looking at it...
