I had to replace my front concrete steps last year because of spalling. I did seal the new steps with three coats of concrete sealer. Can't hurt, might help.
We bought all Maytag when we moved into our new home September 2011. Home Depot had a real good deal going at the time. So far here is my list of repairs that were needed :
Bravos dryer 0
Bravos X washer 0
Gemini Stove, 2 igniters
French door fridge, ice maker
SS dishwasher, control panel...
I have a Maytag french door fridge, Model # MFI2665XEM6 with freezer on the bottom. I am getting a small amount of water on the floor in front. Further investigation shows a thin layer of ice on the bottom of the freezer. Any input on how to resolve this is appreciated !
New Issue. The ice maker only makes about 1/3 of a bin of ice, then stops. I looked inside, and found the lever was not down, and I could not lower it . went back to check later it was down ?
Thanks, Sparky. Evidently That 15 minute defrost worked, because when I returned home after a couple of hours, I had new ice in the bin. This fridge is 10 years old, and has been trouble free. Typically, how long do you need to defrost it ?
