    I looked at the product in the above link but I don't need the feature for plugging in a lamp, etc. The one I found is actually 2 sets of one wired switch (single pole) + 1 remote switch. I bought 2 so I could use 2 of the remotes with the one wired switch.

    I have a similar problem but with an 11-year-old home. I have ample ceiling height in the garage -- maybe TA52 does as well. Is it feasible to simply add another "ceiling" under the existing one and insulate that as well, thus doubling the effective insulation? This is more an issue of comfort...
