I have trapped many a squirrel in a Have-a-Heart Trap. It is no fuss, no muss. Once you figure out how they are getting inside your whse -and close it up, you can trap them and release them...

I tend to agree. Foster a relationship with your local supplier. I don't mean the big box stores. Go with the supplier who is local and employs your neighbors.

You could have a loose connection anywhere in the circuit and it may be difficult to find. Or, it may be a loose connection at the breaker, as you alluded. Start there.
