Concrete Slab Washing

Power washed an 8 x 8 concrete slab that is outdoors today. Used power washer for about 10 minutes or so, how long to wait until painting.

So ordered a replacement/upgrade kit from Casablanca directly. Total cost was $136.00 and changes including shipping to southern Ontario address. Not too bad seeing the fan originally cost $900....

Decided not to try and wire a universal in but...

Decided not to try and wire a universal in but will call company directly and get their replacement kit instead. Should be much easier to install and likely less time wiring for sure.

Ceiling Fan sometimes stays on after trying to shutoff.

Recently my fan stays on even if I push the off button on my Versa Touch remote. If I take out the battery and leave it out for a while or use a spare battery it will turn off when pushing the off...

NP, I used a product today called "Ayr-Foil", fairly easy installation with an air pocket on each panel. Way brighter in the garage thats for sure. May take a day or so to see if the temp is warmer.
