I thought about that. Really the HOA only requires the license/insured guy for the attic access.

The breaker box is my responsibility since it's in my condo. Each unit has a separate breaker box....

I read through the bylaws. I didn't see anything regarding flooring types, and there's already some sort of hardwood or laminate in the kitchen.
