I have a Danby floor unit but I can't find any info on how to service it. It's not cooling but I'm thinking it just needs coolant - and of course I can't find the manual! I don't know how to do this...

The hose is temporary - the only way to eliminate it would be a pipe and that creates trouble on disassembly.

Initially, we're doing this the old fashioned way - but it beats changing paper. When I move, I'll hire a real plumber to tie it in to the septic system - with a clean out for emergencies.
