I have a concrete crawl space that is a minimum of 9 feet below grade and a floor 20 inches above the crawl space floor. The walls are all insulated,and I am now doing a home reno, should I insulate the floor with 2x2 strapping and blue styro? or is it a waste of time and money Thanks in advance...
