    Transition Problem

First off I would like to apologize to all who read this and tried to help. I understand it was hard to make suggestion without a picture and for taking so long to respond. Things happen and I was bombarded with other things making it next to impossible to get back online. Anywho I appreciate...

    Transition Problem

Sorry for the delay but I have been away. CallMe the line is above the pantry cabinet side. If you look at a pantry edge and follow it from the top to the ceiling that is where the paint line runs. Ffisher I will try to post a pic tonight or tomorrow.

    Murray riding mower wiring

All the wires are new except the charging wire that goes under the flywheel to the stator. That one is not needed to start the engine only to charge the battery. And I did disconnect it for testing.

    Murray riding mower wiring

I am not getting any spark to the plug. I have changed the coil and the plug has been used 1/2 of last year. I disconnected the groud kill wire for testing. I have removed all wiring and replace it with new push button for starter and toggle for kill and power to carburetor solenoid. I am...

    Husqvarna mower

When cutting the yard the mower works great except when I cut the back corner of the yard there is a hill. When cutting up the hill about half the way up the mower will let out a big cloud of smoke. And I do mean big, it will also act like it is going to quit but just for a second. After that it...

Connecting sub panel to main box?

JoeD that was the info I was looking for about the quad breaker and if I could use is or not. Thanks Budro, that was also the info I was looking for. How and what to move to be able to add the sub panel feed line. I did not think about moving the water heater line which would be fairly easy...

Connecting sub panel to main box?

Really don't know how to put this so you can understand it clearly but here goes. During my research I was told that I could take two single pole breakers and change to a double pole to save space in the main panel. I was also lead to believe that a double pole breaker has to be the same amp for...

    Wiring grease ?

Just for my curiosity can you tell me why there is a problem with running jacketed wire in conduit. Seams to me that would just be doubly safe.

    Wiring grease ?

Isn't that what underground wire is 'wet rated'? And yes it is a short run of about 35'. I also have lots of field mice in our area and did not want the rodents to chow down on the cable. Thanks

    Wiring grease ?

I have a manufactured home with steel beams under it. I ran the conduit 1. to keep it neat 2. to hang it from the beam under the house. The inspector (I called) said it was considered a damp area and in need to use underground wire. There are 6 runs that I need coming from a sub panel to...

    Wiring grease ?

Question is has anyone used the wire pulling lubricant called yellow 77 by Ideal? I read the label but am still not quit sure if I should use it or not. A friend uses this to pull computer networking cable (cat 6) and gave me some to use. I am pulling 12/2 undergroud wire and would like to know...
