As bad as it sounds, I don't even look. It depresses me. I know I'm going to have to get gas either way, so I just go the places I know that are known to have the cheaper gas. I try not to stress about the number because their is nothing I can do about it.
i don't think a lot people realize when they do have bedbugs. i know an old neighbor that never knew for a very long time. i doubt someone purposely took it their knowing it was infested. that's just wrong
it is a slight odd color for the living area, but it's not abnormal or crazy looking. i think it'll sell just fine. i definitely wouldn't paint it. let the buyers do that if they want to. that paint color isn't going to stop them from buying it.
i would go with the pale yellow. red painted walls are proven to be negative mood changers! don't do it! yellow is calming and can go with many styles and decorations. the plants are a good idea too. just make sure it doesn't require a lot of sunlight :/
