We are having a foundation specialist come take a look. Hoping they don't just say whatever repair we do have isn't sufficient and want to charge me thousands of dollars :/ Any idea how much a fix would be for this?

Not sure on either, only from what the General Contractor said saying they used a concrete footer and foundation post :/ ...thinking about having a foundation specialist come out next week. We are supposed to close on the 18th though..ugh haha.
