    Of course it didnt make this noise during the inspection but now that we actually want to use it, the dryer ran quietly for about 5 minutes and then started this very high pitched noise. It's a GE, not entirely sure of the model. It still produces heat. Any chance this is an easy fix? Thanks...

    Removed Toilet, Ring is bent

    Had a friend over to replace floors and toilets in my bathroom. He pulled the old toilet and saw that the ring where the toilet sits was bent pretty badly and possibly broken. He doesn't do plumbing so he recommended I talk to a plumber prior to putting the new toilet on. I plan on calling...
