We got a surprise rain about 4 hours after I sprayed a bunch of metal posts and channels with one:

In the next morning, I can see bubbles appearing on some of the items I painted. Those definitely need scraping and re-priming. However, some of the items does not show bubbles under primer.
The question is whether to scrape the primer and re-prime all of it, or somehow check which ones actually need re-priming?
