First of all I apologize if my question sounds stupid or if I am posting in the wrong place.
I live in an apartment and I noticed water pooling under the vegetable drawer in the fridge. Now my apartment complex is doing nothing I am guessing the maintenance people know nothing about fridges for they keep saying nothing is wrong with my fridge yet water collects still under the bottom drawer and I have to take a paper towel and soak it up every other day to avoid spill to floor.
Now there is no visible ice in freezer but its set to medium in the temp range( warm-medium-cold are the temp options for the freezer) . There is visible ice on the top back of the inside of the lower fridge part. So I think my frige is way too cold then it needs to be. Now if I set my temperature in my frige to a warmer setting and set freezer setting to warm do you think this will solve the problem? I am thinking the god awful humidity in combination of the very cold may be causing the condensation.
My fridge is a Kenmore and its an older model over 8 years old
