Ok, first off it took me awhile trying to remeber how to post a new thread as I spend most of my time posting replys.
Anyway, I had a thought and figured I give it a try.
Too often I wished I could reach out and troubleshoot the problem.
Then I thought, heck if the OP is local, maybe I could volunteer to go and take a look at it.
I noticed today some members from my state and thought hey, if everyone who wants to participate in providing their name (just first name), State and City.
This info should be brief to protect ones privacy but at least allow us to see if the OP is local to us in order to volunteer our help but, with a hands-on approach instead of some of the confusion or direction that the OP is not familiar with.
If nothing, it may bring us all closer on this forum.
