I am working on the peak of a roof I have removed the roof vents and resealed and reinstalled with new vents is there something I am overlooking ?
Cannot get rid of a leak.

Welcome to the site. Water can travel some distance and appear to be a leak while the leak can actually be feet away from the area. From the inside you can see the sheeting. If it is sheet stack like plywood the leak may be above and just finding the first hole or with shiplap (8' boards) the water could come from above or sideways.
Photos will add miles of clarification.
