We have one of these Westpoint ac units in a rental property that we manage. The tenant called last night to tell us it is leaking all over the floor. I can't get out there until tomorrow so I told her to mop it up as best as she can.

Any tips for dealing with this? Am I on the hook for a new one?

I assume it's a water leak any other type of fluid may warrant a replacement unit.
I looked at their website and they don't explain how the condensate is handled.
If the condensate goes into a drip tray that is mounted on the compressor to help it evaporate and the tray is shot; sometimes you can put a layer of tin foil in the drip tray to repair the rusted holes.
