Hello. We moved into a home last August and there was a cheap corner shower in the basement BR.
We have never used this shower, so it hasn't seen water in this since then at least.
Attached are pics of what the concrete and drain look like immediately after removing the pan.
We live in the mountains and had record breaking snowfall this year so the ground water is seeping up around our entire yard since we had also a rather rapid melt.
Could this be from ground water?
Our sump pump is working and none of or drains have any issues, so I don't think it's a septic tank prob.
