I'm buying a house with a flooded crawl space.
It doesn't have a heating system. I don't know about the plumbing and the electricity either because the house is owned by Fannie Mae and nobody has lived there for years.

Does any of you have some inputs regarding to the problems you see in the pictures and the cost to fix them?
By the way, the house is very cute inside. That's why I want to buy and fix it up.
