What hardware would I need to allow travel trailers to hook up at a park?

I manage an RV park with RV units permanently attached. We are thinking of selling all the RV's and turning it into a park where people bring their own RV's to hook up. I suppose they would need to have hookups for city water, septic (there are 4 septic tanks at this park), and electricity.

What hardware do I need to make this happen?

There will be a specific state agency that licenses the facility and you need to ask that agency.

It would be interesting to me hear the logic behind that idea.
If there already in place why not sell as is where is, make that money, then get to charge them a seasonal lot fee to keep them there.
What's there now for hook ups?
For transients it would be best to have 50, 30 and 20 amp outlets for power on a pedistal.
Going to need a dumping station so they can empty there tanks.
