Default How to seal tile against hard water?

We chose a nice tile for our shower. It has a burlap bag kind of texture. No one at the hardware store mentioned that a smooth tile would work and clean better in the shower!!

Anyways, it's installed. We have very hard water here, and we're concerned about mineral deposits building up in the texture of the tile. Is there a product recommended to coat or seal the tile to prevent this?

A water softener might be a good idea.

Other than a sealer, which must be continuously reapplied, My advice to everyone I have done a tile project fore is, use the towel you just dried off with and wipe the tile with it, and if it takes more that 1, so be it.

There are no other quick fixes for responsibility, than taking it.
