Gulf Stream Nandina

My GSN's lost a lot of their leaves this winter. I live in eastern ky and we had a terrible winter, below 0 several times and lots of ice and snow. They are very much alive, as I have pull and scratch tested them. Does anyone know when their foliage will return?

Mine are basically sticks with few leaves also. They are starting to show signs of a little growth. Give them some time before you start replacing. They should come back.

All gulf steams grew back their foliage beautifully.
