Where going to have to guess you meant shower drain issue, not 'show drainer issue".
Under that drain there's a drain trap.
Remove the strainer and run a snake down the drain.
Most likely hair clogging it up.
Do not use a drain cleaner !!!

hello joe! i believe he is refering to the strainer that does not fit.
the drain body is missing, since mortor is porus, the whole floor needs to be broke out, a liner installed, with a drain body
then a new floor. be sure to stuff a rag in the pipe while you chip the floor
