i have a two hundred amp service in my house and a 60 amp braker pull out of it to my garage i need to boost it up to a hundred so i can run a 252 miller wire welder can i just change braker or wire to it is about 30 foot run from panel in house to panel in garage.or will that be to much draw on the house
 
The wire must be the correct size for the breaker. There is a slight chance they ran wire large enough for 100 amp but most likely they only ran # 6 for the 60 amp breaker and you need to change it.
