Hi All,

Woke up this morning to no water in either shower upstairs. In one bathroom the sink had both cold and hot running. In the other bath only cold out of the sink. The toilets in both bathrooms worked.
All other sinks and toilets down stairs had both hot and cold running water.

My original thought was frozen pipe? Since we have been having arctic weather. But why would only shower pipes be frozen? Both run through an inner wall as far as I know.

Any thoughts?

As far as you know but, the cold begs to differ.
Logic would have it that the frozen pipes have been exposed to the cold unlike the unfrozen pipes.

If it's cold enough to freeze the pipes in your shower, the wall that covers those pipes will feel very cold to the touch. So that's your first test. Are the showers on exterior walls? You didn't say whether they are tub/shower units or just showers. If they are tub/showers, does the bath fixture work? It's possible that the diverter is stuck (maybe frozen)
