The system was working until 2 days ago. Now there is some cool air coming out but not enough to actually cool the house. Temperature in the room is 85, temp at the register is 75.

Thermostat:

Red x Y1(Stage 1 cooling) is 29.18V (off), 0.162V (on)
Red x E (emergency heat)is 29.18V (off), not checked (on)
Red x G (fan) is 28.95 (off), 0.00 (on)
Red x W2 (2nd stage heat), 29.12 (off), not checked (on)
Red x O (Reversing valve), 29.15 (off), 0.060 (on)

Gauge readings (R22 system)

Low side, suction pressure is 111 psig, 65F, line temp is 74.5F (superheat =9.5)
High side, liquid line is 172 psig, 91F

This is goodman cplj4b-1 with TXV. Also, there seems to be a rattle in the compressor area or in high/low lines.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Based on the above data, it appears that your a few pounds/ounces short on R22.
