I have my home under construction and the builder put the plumbing to bathroom 3 in the wrong place! It is sitting in the doorway of my gameroom!! The builder has offered to break through my newly poured and still curing foundation and put it in the correct place (in the bathroom!) Should I be concerned about any foundation structural damages later on down the line or any future plumbing problems? I would really appreciate any and all feedback. I am so distraught over this and really don't know what I should do.

If he wants to break through, make sure he only drills a round hole.
The foundation will not crack when the hole is round...if it is a squared corner, it will have a better chance. Just like when a window in a foundation cracks.
He can rent a hole bore saw and get the job done, no worries.
