I've lived someone in Sacramento City or County my whole life, 51+ years. I like it here, because I'm no more than 2 hours away from kind of outdoor activity and surroundings I'm interested in. Mostly fly fishing in both salt and freshwater. Last year I bought a Condo in Sacramento and now I'm getting ready to redo the Kitchen and bathrooms. Actually I can't do the work myself do to a partial disability so I'll have to hire it out.
 
WELCOME to the group! You can ask any and all questions ... and (maybe) get some great answers. Kitchen and bath are great upgrades for the property. Nice idea.
