I am tiling around my bath, I also need to add a bath screen, should i add the bath screen first to the wall or tile and then add screen?

Welcome to the site, usually the tile go up first.

Preparation is the key. If you know you are adding glass, spend a few minutes to make sure you include solid wood for the glass to securely mount to. While you are at it, also consider adding wood in the wall where you may someday be mounting handicap grab rails.
