Hey Guys! Figured I'd introduce myself after asking my first few questions on here. Name's Mike, I just bought my first home about 2 years ago. I live in Deer Park, New York. I work as a software developer/"IT guy" for the power utility here, PSEG Long Island (don't hate me I pay the same bills you guys do 
).
I like to think of myself as a "do it yourself-er" and have managed to fix most small problems with my house and my car on my own (although I'm young and have a lot to learn still!)
