I am in the process of buying a new home, well new to me! It's about 50 years old. It's in great shape and has new almost everything (plumbing, electric, appliances, etc.) I'm sure that once I move in, I will find the need to come here for advice about remodeling. For instance, the living room is hidious with its wood paneling. Oh well, all in good time. I just wanted to introduce myself for now.
