I just recently purchased a jim walters stilt home in sw fl and am having a problem with my center stilt has sank 4 in causing whole center of house to sag. i have house gutted right now. how can i raise floors back level and reattach? blocks? 4x4's possibly? pilings were put in 86 house built 89 8x8 green treated wood

Welcome to the site. Can you post some photos of the structure under the house, Posibly numberthe posts with chauk brfore you take pictures and give us some measurement between them and the size of beams sitting on them.
 
Did the piling sink? If so, you may have to speak with the engineer who okayed the job.
