Hi,

I need to change my diverter spout. There is an hole under in the back but there is not set screw. I search for the screw with a mirror an light but there is nothing. Is it possible that even if there is a cavity, there is no screw.

Se pictures attached

The hole is a drain, check and see if you see threads that the spout screws on to inside the drain hole. Use your camera to take a close up pic.

I was able to pull a little the spout and I saw a set screw by behind. The problem is that the screw is 180 degrees from the drain hole. How I can reach it? Do I need to turn the spout manually with the set screw in place? I think it could damage the copper tube...

It is a guessing game , some are pipe threaded on.

depends, diffeent types. what brand name is your faucet?

some screw on
push on
have a plastic piece that screws on the spout and set screws on the pipe
or just set screw

knowing the brand would clear the fog

I would, grab the sucker, turn it till the set screw lines up. then remove/replace

if, that did not work, or it wont turn, use a hack saw cut the end of it off, so you could get to the set screw

There is no identification on the spout, so I cannot know the manufacturer

The only sign on it is a Zb.
