Hello everyone! First time visitor to this site but hopefully I will be able to learn a lot from it.
I am in the beginning process of buying my first house. I know that there will be a lot of little, and I'm sure some big, projects that will come with the house purchase.
I don't have any specific problems as of yet because I haven't even picked out a house to bid on, but have begun narrowing it down to a few. Hopefully you will all get to see the entire process as I want to document it from start to finish (not that it will ever finish!).
