I'm going to be closing on a 1920 house in a week. I'm looking foreward to participating in this site. This is a real unique house.11streeta.jpg
 
Closing is being extended for about a week. The seller is finally able to roduce the proof it is a grandfathered duplex. I have had a mini-split system installed in the current tenants place upstairs. Nothing like putting the cart before the horse. :0)
