Location: Philadelphia, PA
Looking to convert a single family home into a duplex. Just need guidance layout for the first floor. The stairwell is already boarded up and there is a separate door to the second floor. On the first floor from the front door that opens to a small first room. There is a living room, then the dining room, then the kitchen and finally another small room that have a door to the rear deck. There is no bathroom on this level.
I would like it to be at least a 2 bedroom apartment with a bathroom.
I can provide a pretty decent Microsoft paint drawing of the first floor.
Notes
-All the windows is on the right side once you walk in the front door
-There is a closet in between the living room and dining room
-Living room have a large space with two windows next to each other
-Dining room have a huge section with three windows right next to each other. Each window is like 6 feet high by 3 feet wide. So 6 feet by 6 feet. Divided into three separate window
-finally the kitchen have two windows a large windows on the right side and another large windows facing against the rear deck.
I will upload a Microsoft paint layout of the house soon.
Who am I looking for? A general contractor? A home renovation designer?
