Hi folks,
My name is cruiser and have moved to the states 2 years ago. I'm working on my 1933 house in Seattle and have so far gutted the bathroom and kitchen (bathroom finished,kitchen 95%). I'm now in the basement where we hope to put in a master bedroom,office and walk in closet. So far I've and stripped it back to studs, replumbed with copper,roughed in the bathroom and am starting a seismic retrofit this week. I also want to do something with my old ('92) oil furnace.. but I guess I shoul put that on a separate thread..em anyway..hello
