We have an older house and there is a vent that I am not able to figure out how to open. Before I start pulling things apart I wanted to get some other opinions. It runs about 3 1/2 feet long across the wall. Where the wall meets the floor. And it has a little screw looking thing in the middle that can screw in and out. Any advise would be appreciated on how to get this thing working since it is sure getting cold.
