I am renovating a basement coming up pretty soon and the basement has insulation that has been shot onto the exterior wall down below the frost line.
The insulation looks like it is glass fibre with a vapour barrier holding it up.
I am going to frame out the walls and run electrical and I was wondering if it is necessary to insulate the walls that I am installing or will this cause different problems.
I am new to this type of insulating and want to know if there is anything that I should be aware of.
