Hi I have a Lennox 10ACC-024-230-01 unit that has the fan running and the thermostat is working but no cool air is coming out. We have 2 units and this is the upstairs unit. Also, water is coming out from underneath the unit outside. The capacitor was replaced in this unit last year. What do you think is wrong?
 
Is there noticeable build up of ice on the line set outside by the compressor?
Is the compressor running?
By 'no cold air coming out', do you mean there is no air or there is air but, not cold?
