We started a small painting project on the walls and found that parts of the bottom were flaking, it turns out the walls were painted over the wallpaper. We can easily scrap the bottom third section but the area above is pretty solid. The good news is that the wall underneath is mostly in great shape. We just need to get to it. What is the best way to remove the paint and wallpaper without damaging the walls? Once done, I think we can texture the walls, prime and then paint the walls. Of course, since I am a novice, maybe there is more to it!
