Our basement is poured cement using foam forms. HOW would you cover these ugly looking white foams (not that ugly but not so neat workers) with paneling? I do not want to install regular framed walls (takes up too much of precious space). I'm not sure about using furring strips (wanting very solid feel).
Glue furring strips to foam?
Glue thin plywood to foam?
Glue paneling directly to foam?
I could screw stuffs onto flat plastic tabs all over foam wall.
Yes, I'll make sure minimum 2' along the wall next to floor is replaceable. Just 1/4 inch flooding so far and it is supposed not to go any higher than toilet. Flooding occured because sump pump creeped and nobody was babysitting it.
