My windows in my 2nd bedroom both leak. It's coming in from all around the sides. It's only in this bedroom. All the windows were replaced four years ago professionally and the warranty has since passed on labor. If I call them there going to charge me. I think it's coming in around the windows.
 
Sally, what type of window are these? What is the exterior wall material? Can you post a picture from inside and outside?
 
A Leaking Window is a problem that many householders will encounter at some time. Assuming the frame is correctly sized for the hole, then instead of adding sealant on top of sealant, the secret is to remove all vestiges of the old sealer as far as possible, and start again from scratch. The hole may be requiring packed, and then re-sealed.
