I just replaced the sink and the piping in the cabinet does not align with the new sink.
I plan on selling the house in the Spring and wonder if it would be proper and up to code to use the Flexi-pipes that seem to be gaining popularity?

I have heard of some that are not corragated inside, but are smooth.

If you install that flex pipe, chances are the inspectors will make you correct it when you sell your house. Ask me how I know! ;)

Abandon the previous disposal outlet and replace it with an 1-1/2" el connected to a shortened right sink drain and rework the left drain to connect to the new disposal, or the sink basket strainer, if there isn't going to be a disposal.
