Howdy yall. I'm a first-time home owner since mid-2016 and so far so good. During the day I get paid to sit in front of a computer (mostly) but after hours I love working with my hands.
I'm learning the skills of a homeowner as I go and playing a lot of catch-up. I know this forum will be a great resource and teach me even more. Thanks to all you helpful people in advance! And who knows, maybe I've got some knowledge I can give someone else.
