Hi. My husband and I are set to close on our first house on September 10. It's been used as a rental and isn't in bad shape, but needs some love to bring it to the place we want it to be. We're excited to get to work on it. I've been doing my homework already, trying to figure out what options I want for flooring, paint colors, redoing the bathrooms, etc. Excited to actually get the keys and start work!!
